International Diploma Recognition
According to Resolution No. 3 of June 22, 2016, the Recognition of Diplomas will be applied to the processing of processes of foreign undergraduate courses, while the Recognition of foreign diplomas will apply to diplomas of stricto sensu graduate courses (master’s and doctorate) , issued by foreign universities. Veni Univerty does not offer undergraduate courses, only stricto sensu graduate courses (master’s and doctorate).
Veni University offers support to students who wish to recognize their titles, providing documents certified according to the Hague Convention and indicating providers of specialized advisory services, in Brazil, for this purpose.
Hague Convention
The Convention on the Suppression of the Requirement for the Legalization of Foreign Public Acts was signed on October 5, 1961 in the city of The Hague, The Netherlands, and entered into force on January 24, 1965. The apostille is only valid between the signatory countries of the convention. Thus, if the country where the document needs to be used does not participate in the Convention, consular legalization will be required.
